We do not display prices for our products online. To obtain pricing, customers must add their selected items to the cart and submit a quotation request. Once the request is received, we will send a detailed quotation, including pricing, shipping, and other related fees, within 24 hours.
All prices quoted are FOB (Free on Board) or Factory Exit as per the customer’s choice. Additional shipping or customs charges may apply based on the customer’s location and order requirements.
4. Minimum Order and Shipping
Our company operates on a wholesale basis with a minimum order quantity. Orders are fulfilled by container load, with a minimum order of one 20-foot container. We do not accept smaller orders or retail requests.
5. Quotation and Payment Process
After submitting a quotation request, we will provide a full quotation with itemized pricing. Once the customer reviews and agrees to the quotation, payment details will be shared. Payment terms, including deposit requirements and payment schedules, will be outlined in the quotation. Production and shipment will begin only after payment is confirmed.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times and delivery estimates will be provided in the quotation. As we deal with custom and large-scale orders, shipping times may vary. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in their country.
7. Returns and Cancellations
Due to the bespoke nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or cancellations once production has started. However, if the product arrives damaged or defective, customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include offering a replacement or repair at our discretion.
8. Warranty
Our products are handcrafted using high-quality materials and techniques. We offer a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover natural wear and tear, misuse, or improper care of the product.
